College Football Betting Markets at Ozoon

At Ozoon, you can bet on all the major college football markets:

  • Point Spread — The favourite must win by more than the spread. The underdog can lose by less or win outright and still cover.
  • Moneyline — Pick the outright winner of the game. Underdogs offer bigger payouts, while favourites come with shorter odds.
  • Totals (Over/Under) — Bet on whether the combined score finishes over or under Ozoon's posted number.
  • Props — Bet on player or game events like QB passing yards or first touchdown scorer.
  • Futures — Bet on season-long outcomes like the CFP National Championship or major player awards like the Heisman Trophy.
  • Live Betting — Place bets during the game with live betting odds updating in real time.
  • Parlays — Combine multiple picks into one ticket for a larger potential payout.

How to Read College Football Odds

College football odds here at Ozoon use the American odds format, which tell you how much you can win relative to your stake:

  • Positive odds (+) show how much profit you would earn from a CAD $100 bet. For example, odds of +200 mean a successful $100 wager returns $200 in profit (plus your original stake).
  • Negative odds (-) show how much you need to risk to win CAD $100 in profit. For example, -150 means you must wager $150 to win $100.

Point spreads are another prominent market here at Ozoon. A spread like Michigan +3 (-115) means Michigan is a 3-point underdog. You risk CAD $115 to win $100 if Michigan covers the spread.

Likewise, you may also come across a few common betting terms:

  • Pick'em (PK) — There is no favourite or underdog. You simply choose which team will win the game.
  • Hook — A half-point added to a spread, such as -3.5 instead of -3, to eliminate the possibility of a tie (push).
  • Juice/Vig — The sportsbook's built-in commission, reflected in the odds. For example, a spread priced at -115 includes more vig than one priced at -110.

At Ozoon, spreads, moneylines, and totals appear side by side for every NCAAF game for easier comparison

CFL, CFP, Bowl Games, and Key Rivalries

The College Football Playoff is the biggest betting event of the NCAAF season. The CFP now uses a 12-team format, with the top four seeds receiving first-round byes. At Ozoon, you can bet on CFP games from the opening round through the National Championship.

We also cover major bowl games, including the Rose Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Sugar Bowl, Orange Bowl, Cotton Bowl, and Peach Bowl.

Rivalry games also create huge betting interest every season. Matchups like Michigan vs. Ohio State, Alabama vs. Auburn, Texas vs. Oklahoma, and Army vs. Navy often produce sharp line movement and heavy action.

College Football National Champion Futures Odds

National championship futures let you bet on who will win the CFP title before or during the season.

Positive futures odds show the profit on a CAD $100 bet. To take one example, Notre Dame +700 would return $700 profit if the team wins the championship.

Lower odds usually signal the favourites, while higher odds offer larger payouts on long shots. Futures odds also change throughout the season based on injuries, rankings, and weekly results.

Top current contenders include Notre Dame (+700), Ohio State (+700), Texas (+750), Indiana (+750), and Oregon (+900). The odds are subject to change throughout the season as injuries, results and new recruitments shift.

College Football Odds FAQ

What is a point spread in college football?

The spread is the predicted margin of victory. The favourite must win by more than the spread, while the underdog can lose by less or win outright for your bet to cash.

Why do college football odds change before a game?

Odds move because of betting volume, injuries, weather, and lineup updates. We update college football odds in real time, so it's smart to check the latest numbers before kickoff.

What is the difference between a moneyline and a spread bet?

A moneyline bet is simply picking the game winner. A spread bet focuses on the margin of victory instead of just the final result.
