Change Password

Changing your Ozoon password is easy! Just follow the steps below:

1. Login to your account and click the silhouette icon at the top of the page.

2. From your dashboard, click‘Change Password’.

3. You’ll be asked to enter your old password as well as a new password in the fields provided. When doing so, please take consideration of the tips below, before clicking ‘Save’. 

4. After the change has been saved, we'll send you a text message with a verification code to ensure that you were the one who requested the change and complete the update.

Tips for creating a strong password:

• Make your password as long as possible.
• Use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.
• Avoid using personal information like birth dates or a pet’s name.
• Avoid using the same password for everything you do!
