The wheel starts with values of 2x, 4x, 10x and Double. Landing on a prize value awards that. Then, that tile turns black and the wheel spins again. Landing on a Double multiplies each segment’s value by 2, and makes all black tiles a value again.
The round continues on like this until you land on a black tile.

If you land on the Double tile, the values of all the tiles are doubled, and any black tiles transform back into prizes. The round ends when you land on a black tile.
