NEW GAME
There’s a very casual, mobile-game feel to Lucky Birds, and you’ll notice it the moment the game loads up – blue skies, rolling green hills, 3 cartoon birds on a grassy strip, and green pipes scattered across the landscape. Rounds don’t take long either, so the pace is pretty quick.
The way it works is that before each round, all 3 birds get a risk level assigned at random, and you pick whichever one you want to ride with before the Multiplier starts climbing. Higher-risk birds can produce bigger Multipliers, but they’re also more likely to crash early. Their values shuffle every round, so you can’t just go with the same one and expect it to play out the same way. You can Cash Out only during the Cash Out Zones, which ups the game’s intensity even more.
Risk Assignments
The 3 birds – Red, Yellow, and Blue – each get a different risk percentage before every round. A bird that was the safe option last time could easily end up being the riskiest one the next, and while the indicator is useful to consider beforehand, it still won’t give you any clue about when the crash is actually going to come.
Cash Out Timing
Your Multiplier ticks upward from the moment the bird lifts off. You can tap Cash Out only when it’s in a Cash Out Zone, and if you do so, the Multiplier at that moment will be applied to your bet. Wait too long to Cash Out, and the bird collides with a pipe, which ends the round.
12,000x Ceiling
The maximum Multiplier is 12,000x, and the way you’d get there is by riding a high-risk bird on a long flight without crashing. Those extended flights don’t come around all that often, but the potential is there.
