Troubleshooting Poker Technical Issues

Should the Poker window freeze before or during gameplay, or if you find you’re unable to sit at a table, apply the troubleshooting steps below to the device in use.

If you have bought in to a tournament and are unable to play due to the above or other technical issues, please refrain from contacting customer support until the tournament completes as scheduled. 

WINDOWS 

1. Close the Poker client.
2. In the search field on the task bar, enter "%appdata%" and select that AppData file folder that pops up.
3. Locate the poker file ozoon-io-poker and delete it.
4. Reopen the Poker client and log back in.

MAC

1. Close the Poker client.
2. Open a Finder window, click ‘Go’, then ‘Go to Folder’.
3. Enter: ~/Library/Application Support, then click ‘Go’.
4. Locate the poker file ozoon-io-poker and delete it.
5. Reopen the Poker client and log back in.

Mobile

Simply remove the Poker Page quick link from your home screen and reinstall it.
