When will I receive my withdrawal?

So long as all pre-authorized or pending deposits in your Ozoon account have been settled, withdrawal requests can be issued. Bitcoin, Player Transfer and Voucher requests will take approximately 24 hours to be reviewed, while Check By Courier takes about 24-48 hours to be approved and prepared for delivery.

Once approved, the delivery of your funds may vary depending on the method you’ve chosen:

• Cheque by Courier: approximately 10-15 business days
• Bitcoin: Up to 24 hours
• Bitcoin Cash/Bitcoin SV/Ethereum/USD Tether/Litecoin: Up to 1 hour
• Direct Bank Transfer: approximately 3-5 business days

Note: For cryptocurrency methods, if there's congestion on the Blockchain network, higher fees may be required to complete your transaction.
