Make a withdrawal by Direct Bank Transfer

For first-time withdrawals by DBT, you may be required to make a deposit through this method FIRST. Your withdrawal will be issued to the same bank account you registered for your deposit. It is important to note that withdrawal requests are not issued until all pending DBT deposits have cleared.

To register and request a withdrawal by DBT, follow the steps below:

1. First, click the silhouette at the top of any page, then click ‘Withdrawal’.

2. Select ‘Direct Bank Transfer’ from your payment methods.

3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, taking note of the Withdrawal Details.

4. If this is your first DBT transaction, you’ll be required to enter your bank account information in the fields provided. If unsure of how to obtain these details, click ‘Where do I find this information?’ Click ‘Register Information’ when done. Your details will be securely saved for future transactions.

5. You’ll then be provided with a reference number for your withdrawal request.

We’ll need approximately 24-48 hours to approve your request. It will then take approximately 3 to 5 business days to be credited to your bank account.

Ozoon does not charge any fee for DBT withdrawals.
All deposits must be wagered completely before any winnings can be withdrawn. By not meeting this requirement, your withdrawal may be subject to cancelation at the discretion of our Withdrawals Team and return of funds to your account balance.
