Should time allotted run out or an error occurs in trade, both parties are able to request further investigation by clicking ‘Report a Problem’ within the MatchPay app. The trade along with a transcript of your exchange with the other user will then be submitted for review to MatchPay support.Â
Problems associated with a MatchPay trade will be resolved at the sole discretion of the MatchPay support team, support@matchpay.app.
A resolution will be determined in approximately 48 hours and the credits returned to the appropriate account. All resolutions are final.
Important:
Once a trade starts, if no information is shared or confirmed when the timer expires, the trade will be canceled automatically.
