Cryptocurrency deposits are posted to your Ozoon balance on 0 confirmations; however, it could take longer based on the network fee (Mining fees) chosen in your wallet. Choosing regular or economic fees may cause a delay in posting your funds. If the funds aren't posted after one confirmation, the transaction will need a minimum of 6 confirmations for it to be credited due to congestion on the network delaying your deposit. If you have received more than one confirmation but have not seen the funds posted to your account, contact Customer Service to assist you.
