All Markets
1. Wagers have action for all players that tee-off (and on specified holes in-play), unless otherwise stated below.
a.) In the event of a player withdrawing after having teed off, wagers = losers on all markets in which they are listed.
2. Official tour site results are used for settlement purposes (subsequent disqualification after this time does not count).
3. Official tour rulings e.g. ascribed penalties may be applicable to wager outcomes.
4. Where a tournament is reduced from the scheduled number of holes for any reason (e.g. adverse weather conditions), wagers placed prior to the final completed round will be settled on the player with the lowest tournament round score as long as 36 holes of the tournament have been completed by all participants. If less than 36 holes have been completed by all participants or wagers were placed after the final completed round then wagers = void.
Outright (Winner) Markets
1.‘Futures’ wagers e.g. Majors, placed before the starting week (Monday) of x Major have action.
a.) Wagers placed the week of x event = void in the event of withdrawal prior to tee-off.
2. Wagers are settled on the player awarded the trophy.
3. Where a tournament is reduced from the scheduled number of holes for any reason (e.g. adverse weather conditions), wagers placed prior to the final completed round will be settled on the player awarded the trophy if 36 holes of the tournament have been completed.
4. If less than 36 holes have been completed or wagers were placed after the final completed round then wagers = void.
Tournament/Round Finish Markets
1. Dead-heat rules apply to all Round Leader, Lowest Round Score, Top 5/10/20/40 Finishes & related markets unless otherwise stated.
a.) In the event of a tie for a finishing position, the tied position will count e.g. a tie with 5 other players for 8th place will count as a finishing position of 8th.
b.) Wire-To-Wire Winner - All officially designated Holes at the start of the tournament must be completed. In the event of a reduction in the number of Rounds/Holes played all wagers = void.
To Make/Miss Cut Markets
1. A tournament cut must be applied for wagers to stand. In the case of a tournament where a multiple cut system is in place, settlement will be determined by a player playing or not playing in the next Round following the 1st official cut.
2. If a player tees off and subsequently withdraws before the cut has taken place, wagers on x player to Miss the Cut = winners & Make the Cut = losers.
3. Applicable to Head-to-Head wagering - if one player misses the cut, its competitor = winner.
a.) If both players miss the cut, the player with the lowest tournament score = winner.
b.) If both players miss the cut & one is then disqualified, wagers will be settled on the lowest tournament score.
4. If a player is denoted as MDF on the Official competition leaderboard, wagers on players to Make the Cut = winners.
Exotic Markets
1. For settlement purposes, the selected players must come 1st/2nd/3rd in the specified order.
2. In the event of a tie for second or third place, dead-heat rules apply.
Tournament Group/Top Country/Region Markets
1. The winner will be the player achieving the highest placing at the end of the tournament.
2. If a player withdraws prior to tee-time, wagers on that player = void.
a.) Any given market may be void in the event of a withdrawal.
Match-Up/2&3 Ball Markets
1. If a match/ball opponent does not start (e.g. player injured or disqualified before the start of a match) then all bets on that match/ball = void.
2. For any tournament that doesn’t complete 72 holes due to adverse weather, Tournament Match-Up wagers will be settled providing that there is an official tournament winner and a minimum of 36 holes are completed. The winner will be the player leading at the end of the last completed round.
3. Where a price is not offered for the tie, wagers = void in the event of a tie. If a market includes a tie option, this will govern settlement.
4. For tournaments using the Stableford scoring system the highest points scorer during the round is deemed the winner.
Golf Specials/Seasonal Markets
1. For all Season Event specific markets, wagers = void if the scheduled number of events are not completed, unless the outcome is already determined. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect wagers.
2. For Tour specific markets, the selected player(s) must tee off in one scheduled Tour event, otherwise wagers = void.
3. If a specific series of events or a competition in its entirety is not completed for any reason, wagers placed on a market after the final completed relevant event = void.
4. Major-related wins/finishes/cuts - The 4 majors are US Open, US Masters, USPGA and the British Open. All 4 Majors must take place in the same calendar year otherwise wagers = void, unless settlement is already determined.
a.) If the selected player(s) do not compete in the number of events wagered on within the calendar year, wagers = losers.
