From this point forward ‘Contest’ will be used to generically refer to any contest run through our various Ozoon social media outlets (ex. Facebook, Instagram etc.)
The Contest is open to all residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry;
Contest entrants must have a valid Ozoon account, in good standing.
No purchase is necessary to register for, or enter the Contest. Applicable and official rules will be posted along with participation details;
Participants are required to have read and understood the official rules prior to entry;
You agree to be bound by the official rules and by the decisions of the Company – which are considered final, binding and conclusive and are of the sole discretion of the Company;
You understand and agree that any information you provide to the Contest cannot be altered, modified or canceled;
Unless otherwise specified, all prizes in relation to the Contest have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any currency or substituted for anything of value;
Where applicable, cash prizes will be posted directly to the players’ Ozoon Account ONLY and may be subject to a play-through requirement– we are unable to deposit to an alternate account.
You grant to the Company the irrevocable right to use your entry of the Contest, including any material submitted for any purpose related to the Contest (or any similar contest), including the right to use, reproduce, modify, promote, translate, or create derivative works from your entry without notification, compensation or additional consideration to you;
The Company assumes zero liability of any stolen, incomplete, lost, damaged, delayed, undelivered merchandise or prize awarded to a participant of the Contest;
The Company, at its sole discretion may interrupt, postpone and/or cancel any contest at any given time without any warning and/or notification
