What are Rewards Points?
Rewards Points have real value. You earn them by placing eligible wagers with cash, and you can redeem them for bonuses through the Rewards section of your account.
What are Lifetime Points?
Lifetime Points track your long-term activity across the site. They don’t have any cash value and can’t be redeemed, but they help determine your Rewards tier and never expire.
What’s the difference between Rewards Points and Lifetime Points?
Both are earned from eligible cash wagers, but only Rewards Points can be converted into bonuses.
How do I earn Rewards Points?

How do I redeem my Rewards Points?
Go to the Rewards section of your account and choose how many points you’d like to redeem. You can redeem all of your available points or just a portion.
What can I redeem my Rewards Points for?
Rewards Points can be redeemed for bonuses, which can then be used to place eligible wagers based on the bonus terms.
Can I use my cash bonus in the Poker Room?
No. Cash bonuses redeemed with Rewards Points cannot be used in the Poker Room. They are valid for eligible Casino and Sports wagering only, subject to the bonus terms.
Do my points update right away?
Yes. Rewards Points and Lifetime Points are updated automatically once a qualifying wager is completed and settled.
How do I check my Rewards Points and tier status?
You can view your Rewards Points balance, Lifetime Points, and tier status anytime by visiting the Rewards section in your account.
How are Rewards Points earned in Blackjack games?
You won’t see a separate earning rate listed for Blackjack, Single Deck Blackjack, or Double Deck Blackjack on the Rewards page.
